International Day of Peace 2015
This year Colegio Alkor took part in the International Day of Peace for schools with our annual, outdoor ceremony. Our first graders spelled the word "paz" with their bodies by arranging themselves on the patio and the other grades stood around them. We heard a special message from the director and select students spoke about peace in different languages. Finally, we sang songs about peace in both English and Spanish.
